Who says you have to diet? Freedom-Day 8

Okay I have to say that last night we went to the Sunset Grill on Marco for dinner and have to add a beer to the menu from Day 7 (see below).  See No Dieting for us!!

Feel fabulous today and light and healthy!

Breakfast: Raisin Bran, banana, L.Vitamins

Snack: nectarine, chocolate cashews

Lunch:Beans w/Tuna, fiber bar, tea

Snack:Chocolate sunflower seeds,

Dinner:Shrimp, broccoli slaw, guacamole-chips, wine

Snack:Beer from Friday’s list
