Breakfast: Raisin Bran, banana, L.Vitamins

Snack: flax bar, cherries

Lunch:PB Sandwich, tea, cookies

Snack: nectarine, Harvest Grain chips

Dinner: Roast Turkey, tomatoes, salad

Snack:Grapes, red licorice, BD Cake for Joanne’s 18th BD celebrated at Naples Beach Jazz Fest!!
