OH YES…felt the SALT especially! Ankle is tight where I broke it last year!
Will have FUN today…see pics…but good choices with food! Card party tonight will be okay as I’ll have 1/2 of what I would have eaten.

American Lung Assoc did a seminar on eating and that was the BIG Ah Hah! “You can have anything you want, anytime you want, 1/2 only. With half you can have it all!” Got my equations messed up yesterday on the brownies, eh!!
Did Zumba at the YMCA today, excellent!!
Breakfast: Coffee, Omega cookies, L.Vitamins
Snack: banana, grapes, raspberry tea-no sugar
Lunch: *Sweet Potato Pancakes, red bell pepper., cherries Verve (needed it after the Zumba)
Doggie Meetup at “For Footed Friends, in Naples!
Snack: Cheese strings, ice cream.
Dinner: Meetballs, spinach dip, chips.
2 glasses of wine! what a fun party
Snack:popcorn, spinach triangles

* Sweet Potato Pancakes (so good for you)
Grate 2 large sweet potatoes
Beat 4 eggs, stir into potatoes
2 TBL Corn meal (can use flour if want)
Sea Salt, Pepper
Spray Pam, or use olive oil in pan.
Drop Spoonfuls in pan, mush down. Doesn’t hold together like reg. potato pancakes but no problem….they flip okay.
Heat until brown and flip brown other side.
Enjoy….Great tasting and super nutritious!!!
Great hot or cold!
