Freedom from Dieting-Day 13-Thur

Thursdays breakfasts are usually the same….Networking meeting and IHOP Buffet.

What a great way to start the day…positive people, like minded, who’s purpose is to build business together with referrals!!!  Love that!

Breakfast: Eggs, 1/2 piece rye toast, banana, OJ L.Vitamins

Snack: Protein bar, apple

Lunch: Peanut butter sand. (can’t believe I actually like these more than when I was a kid.  Buy the Omega one…Smart Balance!

Snack: Licorice –can you believe it….covered in chocolate from Walgreens.  Yum Yum!

Dinner: Sardines sandwich, cherries, celery

I know it sounds weird, but I just love sardines. I buy them in hot sauce (no oil) or in water. It just gives me a pick me up feeling! Good for the body too!

Snack:Sun chips
