Freedom from Dieting-Day 23 Sunday

Breakfast: Banana, melon, coffee,  L.Vitamins

Snack: Church brownie!!  It’s Holy O’my gosh good!

Lunch:Protein bar, turkey sandwich

Snack: nuts, tea

Dinner: Black Beans onions, radishes.

Snack:Cookies, berries
