Freedom from Dieting-Day 9-Sunday

Breakfast: Raisin Bran, banana, L.Vitamins

Snack: Omega Cookies, tea

Lunch:Shrimp, guacamole, chips, broccoli slaw  (sounds like leftovers, eh!!-Yum Yum)

Snack:Blueberries, angel food cake at church-no devil’s food for me!

Dinner:Had a real treat at the Jones's going away party. Had chips dip cheese crackers, then corn, ham sandwiches, salad. What a treat!

Snack:Wonderful fruit and flan!!! (skipped the sugar)

Night night….and skipped the VINO too. Good girl, but I’m stuffed. Will eat lighter tomorrow.
