Lunch:Chicken Salad at Pincher’s Crab Shack Naples Fl. with gals from Empowered Networking. What a super group of Ladies building biz, relationships, FUN together!! Tea

Snack: Flax Cookie

Dinner: Spaghetti onions/bok choy/mushrooms/scallops, has become a fav of mine!!! Tea

Snack:walnuts, chips
