Today is about traveling and eating on the run. We have a booth at the Florida Dietetic event in Naples and what a wonderful healthy group of new friends! Tip…visit the other vendors and lunch can be on them!
Breakfast: Raisin Bran, banana, L.Vitamins
Snack: walnuts, flax cookie, end of the Verve from the bottom of the cans we were pouring!! Yum Yum, gave us the energy we needed to serve over a hundred people.
Lunch:Low Carb Muffins, nuts of several kinds. Cranberry Juice.
Snack:Chicken & yogurt
Dinner:Ham sandwich, guacamole & new chip made from veggies – RWGarcia Chip Company Organic Red Beet & Onion, Carrot-Tomato & Sesame- and delish~try some!
Snack:Chocolate bar (don’t tell the event people)
