This journaling is so powerful. and we know that…but until you actually do it… a lot of calories can slip in that you forgot about in just a days time. EXAMPLE: Yesterday I had to run out and said on the blog….updates to follow. Knew I would remember the party (surprise celebration-see yesterday) and filled it in today and off the blog went!! Then I just remembered….THE SWEET POTATO CHIPS….not a lot..and healthy ones…but none the less….CHIPS that I forgot to account for. (see Lunch…put them in today’s so they are accounted for")
Those kind of things…are what slips by, often, when a person says “Oh I know what I eat, and it’s hardly anything.” So Journal with me and let’s be FREE (of dieting) The healthier way of life becomes a WAY of Life and then we don’t have to be so focused like we do now on the Journey to Think2BThin!!
So here’s Day 5---and it’s Rock~IN!!
Breakfast: TLC bar, Cashews, coffee, L.Vitamins
Snack: Celery-peanut butter, tea
Lunch: sweet potato chips, tuna & white bean salad (yum yum) nectarine.
Snack: Blueberries, cashews,
Dinner:Crab soup, w/extra veggies.
Snack: Peanut Butter.
What a great day!!! Can’t you feel it!!
