Freedom from Dieting-Day 6

How’s it going to you??

Super day again for me.  Feel energized!!

Breakfast: Banana, scrambled eggs, 1/2 pc rye toast buttered. Coffee, L.Vitamins

Snack: Oatmeal Cookie, raisins w/chocolate

Lunch: Cranberry drink, sm. chicken wrap

Snack: Cherries

Dinner: 2 cups spaghetti w/mushrooms, onions….Wonderful!!

Snack: Cashews

When you think you can….YOU CAN…and when you think you can’t…your right!  Either way you’re right. Which right do you want to be???
