Breakfast:Banana, Protein bar L.Vitamins. Coffee
Snack: brownie at Starbucks, DANG it was good! Almonds!
Lunch:Peanut Butter sandwich, string cheese.
Snack: Choc chip cookies, turkey roll up.
Dinner: Onions, mushrooms, Mahi Mahi Tuna. radishes, peach
Snack:jello, coke, strawberries, 1 glass wine.
Today was up and down…too many carbs made me sluggish. It was a two Verve day today!!!
