It’s back on the run again to the health seminar booth.
You guessed it…I had too much salt yesterday and I felt it in my ankles. Scale showed it too. It’s back to making better choices today!
Breakfast: Flax bar, banana, L.Vitamins coffee
Snack: Protein bar
Lunch:Sm chicken white pizza from Red Brick Oven….really nice and light too.
Snack:POPPED Chips from show. Pretty good.
Dinner:Fruit Nuts, yogurt
Snack:Pepsi
