Breakfast:Flax chip cookies,  banana, L.Vitamins, coffee

Snack: Almonds, mango, Verve - need extra energy today to organize fundraiser!

You should see the Mangos hanging from the trees here on Marco Island Florida!! What a site!!

Lunch:Seasoned Southern Beans salad w/Vidalia onions, tea (low sodium and terrific)

Snack: apple

Dinner: Salad w/chicken & walnuts, green tea

Snack:popcorn

Live Diet Free Now-Day 32- Tuesday

Last couple days…focused on fundraising for my girlfriend and put an orange wristband on to remind myself of the choices going in my mouth will determine my energy/health outcome.

Breakfast: Flax cookies, banana L.Vitamins, coffee

Snack: Almonds

Lunch:Peanut butter sand, tea mango snacks

Snack: pretzels

Dinner: Cheese stick, lean cuisine speg.

Snack:grapes, popcorn

Diet freedom-Day 31 Monday

Breakfast:  Fiber bar, mango, L.Vitamins, coffee

Snack: banana

Lunch:Lean Cuisine lunch, flax chips, mango strips I dried- tastes like a SuperFood!!

Snack: pretzels

Dinner: Chicken Marcela, tea

Snack:Chocolate chip cookies, wine (what a combo)

Freedom to Live-Day 28 Friday

Hi folks taking the weekend off of journaling to go to Tampa to visit girlfriend with Lyme Disease.

Jessica has been in treatment for 3 1/2 years now and has RSD to deal with after years of antibiotic therapy.

Breakfast: Eggs, mixed fruit L.Vitamins

Snack: Nut muffin at Bayshore Break in Naples

Lunch:Crab strips, protein bar, tea

Snack: Multigrain snacks

Dinner: Pizza from the Italian Deli on Marco, mango!!

Snack:Popcorn, juice

It really is all about how you think about your body, food, and your weight.  So make it a choice to THINK2BThin It works, and takes the word and actions of dieting out of your life plan.

Celebrating is fun but over!  Best way to feel great and energized in the morning is not have too much the day before! Think, “What makes my body light and happy and healthy?!!”

Terrific Day!! Went to Y and feel energized!

My girlfriend Joanne has a birthday today!!!  A bunch of us are celebrating with a dinner at Miller’s Ale Haus and a movie, Proposal.  ENDED up being AWESOME on both counts!!!!

Love not dieting anymore!!!!!! HBD Jo!!!

Breakfast: HB Egg, coffee,  banana L.Vitamins

Snack: almonds, omega cookie, veggie juice

Lunch:Bean salad, Marinated Tuna. Paradise Seafood’s is the best!!!

Snack: Mac Nut Choc cookie.

Dinner: Seafood Combo shared with kids, BD Cake & Ice Cream~~~yum yum. Happy BD Sis!!
