Last couple days…focused on fundraising for my girlfriend and put an orange wristband on to remind myself of the choices going in my mouth will determine my energy/health outcome.
Breakfast: Flax cookies, banana L.Vitamins, coffee
Snack: Almonds
Lunch:Peanut butter sand, tea mango snacks
Snack: pretzels
Dinner: Cheese stick, lean cuisine speg.
Snack:grapes, popcorn
