A Harvard School of Public Health Study found that women who ate fast food more than twice per week had an 86% increase risk of being overweight.
Okay it’s Day 3. I feel GREAT! Feel light, happy, energized, satisfied!
What have I done different? Not a lot…
- Ate smaller portions.
- Ate more often.
- Ate more natural, like fruit, added extra veggies to spaghetti dinner, nuts before meal to satisfy appetite.
- Started listening to the 12 minute mental yoga audio again. (Big clue here) It’s free ask me for it.
- Thought happy light thoughts of success!!!
What have I noticed? A lot…
- Wanted less on plate, that heavy feeling of putting too much in your belly is tiring to begin with!
- Love “Dark Chocolate Flax Cookies”, ate 2 instead of 6. Now that felt good and was natural, not deprived feeling. (Hint: can buy at Publix) The Vemma I drink has everything but Omega oils…so this is one way to fill that need and love every minute of it!
That’s it for today…we head off to Mexico on Day 5 and I KNOW I can keep my health goals without any struggle! I’m thrilled that Verve now comes in the handy energy shot size so I can carry it on the airplane!!! What a difference it makes in how satisfied, and energized, my body is.
