So you want to be what size???
Just picture it!
That is the best, easiest, fastest way to start your health and perfect weight journey!Form a picture in your head and heart and find a snapshot of yourself when you were at that perfect weight in the past. Can't find one...no problem! Cut a picture of that great body out of a magazine and paste your head on! Why does this work??? Who knows...it does, just do it!
So now think to yourself:
- What does your ideal size and weight look like to you? Write it down.
- What does it feel like when you slide that slinky outfit onto your perfect body? Write it down.
Start journaling your way to your perfect weight. Remember: when you see it you can believe it!
Close your eyes, and think about how awesome it feels when someone says, "Gosh, you look terrific!" And NOW you respond with, "Thank you".
What might you have said in the past when complimented?
- Oh...I'm so......
- Oh, I've got 10/20/30 etc. pounds to lose...
- I... whatever! You know how we talk to ourselves.
The limiting belief in ourselves, and the old vision of stuggle and being deprived, is a thing of the past!
